All kinds of questions pop up, such as - will they arrive on the right day? Will they look like the picture, or will there be substitutions? What happens if there's a delivery problem, and how will i know they've arrived?
Let's face it, most websites are only going to show the best reviews for their own service, so in the interests of transparency and helping to give you a more informed purchase decision, we've come up with this page which shows UNFILTERED customer reviews.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We're always grateful for the good reviews, it's really great when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.

I ordered the Little Flower Vase - Love arrangement. It was delivered during the expected time range and looked exactly as pictured on the website. I'm very happy with my purchase and with Flowers Across Melbourne.

There was a miscommunication from the chat function online which got sorted immediately via email, extremely happy with the customer service and quality of the flowers. Will be buying from here again :)

Very friendly. Amazing customer service. Very quick with the delivery and beautiful flowers! Ordered the premium Summer Morning Bouquet with a vase and also the Be Happy. The recipient absolutely loved how beautiful they look! I’m not a big flower gifter but this experience has changed my mind and couldn’t recommend Flowers Across Melbourne anymore! :) Fantastic packaging and delivery - so happy :)

The girls at FAM were so helpful in ensuring that my daughter’s birthday flowers got to her despite a hiccup with the address … as she is on a gap year in Australia and I have seen her for over 6 months it meant a lot to her and me .. thank you. You went above and beyond

I had an excellent experience using Flowers Across Melbourne for the first time. I ordered flowers before the same-day delivery deadline and they were delivered in just over an hour, greatly exceeding my expectations. I found the chat website chat function easy to use, receiving quick and friendly responses from staff. I was able to track my order being delivered online and received confirmation of arrival with pictures. Excellent service at a very reasonable price, and the flowers looked exactly as advertised! I was really impressed and I’ll definitely be using Flowers Across Melbourne again.

I personally like how Flowers Across Melbourne contacted me via email to notify me that the flowers had been 'hand delivered to the recipient'. I was very impressed by this. In the past when I have ordered flowers from another florist, I'll have to contact the recipient to find out whether they had received their delivery. Thank-you Flowers Across Melbourne.

I always come here when I have a few funds just so I can get my significant other flowers. We’re long distance so unfortunately I can’t give them in person . Thank you for helping me give my partner flowers.
