Let's face it, most websites are only going to show the best reviews for their own service, so in the interests of transparency and helping to give you a more informed purchase decision, we've come up with this page which shows UNFILTERED customer reviews.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We're always grateful for the good reviews, it's really great when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.

Flowers across Melbourne, what a brilliant way to show you care by sending a beautiful bouquet of flowers to someone or yourself. I had a great experience with FAM, the person I was sending too lives in a apartment that's a little tricky with the address. The FAM team went above and beyond to get the details right for this order and I thank them very much. Can't rate highly enough, great work keep it up team.

Only one minor issue. On your website the Chat box popped up, I asked a few questions and then couldn’t get rid of it from the screen and it blocked my viewing of some of your products. There was no X in the corner to delete it. Frustrating

Service was great, liked the updates on delivery process and live tracking. The flowers were a surprise, not sure why the driver didn’t at least ring the bell. They sat for a while (in a safe spot) before my daughter noticed them at front door. Thanks for the service! Daughter said flowers were very pretty!
